Located in downtown Vancouver, the Beest Japanese Restaurant project involved a tenant improvement for a unique 34-seat establishment specializing in roast beef ramen. One of the key challenges was converting the commercial kitchen from gas to electric to accommodate the restaurant’s specific culinary requirements.

Despite the complexity of this change and limited power availability, WeConstruX successfully completed the project. We ensured the restaurant met all safety and regulatory standards while maintaining its unique identity and functionality, including a necessary power upgrade.
