Built on the picturesque Bowen Island, the Bowen Island Apartments project presented unique challenges due to its island location. Despite these challenges, WeConstruX successfully completed the construction of a 27-unit, four-story rental apartment building that stands as a testament to our expertise and dedication.

One of the key highlights of this project is its integration with the natural landscape. Built on a mountain and blending seamlessly with the bedrocks, the building offers a harmonious blend of modern living spaces and natural surroundings. The use of a metal roof adds a touch of contemporary design while ensuring durability and longevity.

The Bowen Island Apartments are also significant for being one of the first apartment buildings on Bowen Island, marking a milestone in the island’s development. This project showcases our ability to overcome logistical challenges and deliver exceptional results, even in unique and demanding environments.
