The Rosewood Senior’s Home showcases our ability to navigate complex challenges in construction. This 10-resident group home in a single-family neighborhood features interconnected common areas and optimized natural lighting.

One of our biggest achievements was successfully balancing residential (part 9) and commercial (part 3) requirements, a pioneering feat in Burnaby’s residential/small commercial hybrid space. Despite the complexities, we achieved partial occupancy ahead of schedule, benefiting both residents and clients by enabling earlier revenue generation.
